Responsibilities
- Develop, modify, debug, maintain, implement, test, and validate software applications throughout the development life cycle.
- Create code, program specifications, application documentation, deliverables, and implementation plans.
- Perform unit testing, application testing, validation, and corrective measures for code deficiencies.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams on internal and external client software solutions.
- Analyze applications, data, procedures, architectures, and technology interactions.
- Apply development, maintenance, application, and PCI security compliance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business/Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Typically at least 2 years of professional experience in coding, designing, developing, and analyzing data.
- Knowledge of and experience with two or more modern enterprise programming languages, APIs, external services, and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Preferred qualifications include 4 or more years of relevant professional experience and experience with IBM Rational Tools.
- Working knowledge of applicable operating systems, databases, back-end and front-end technologies, web frameworks, development tools, mobile development, or machine learning technologies.
