Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and implement end-to-end supply chain planning solutions.
- Gather business requirements and supply chain data from clients, including sales, shipment, inventory, logistics, and operations data.
- Translate business logic into technical platform designs, document data requirements, and build complex datasets.
- Configure o9 platform specifications and tools to address supply chain and operations problems.
- Apply statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, mathematical models, predictive methods, and simulations to enterprise data.
- Create time-series forecasts, operational plans, data integrations, analytics, and visualizations.
- Develop and execute workflow and data analytics test cases, design testing protocols, and support test automation.
- Lead implementation teams across requirements gathering, solution design, development, UAT, SIT, go-live cutover, and value realization.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, directors, strategists, research and development teams, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver super-user and end-user training for a global user base and support customer-environment deployments.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering or Business Analytics.
- At least one year of experience in the offered role or a related occupation implementing supply chain planning solutions.
- Experience working in supply chain and logistics organizations and leading full-lifecycle enterprise solution implementations.
- Experience with statistical, optimization, and simulation tools including R, SAS, and CPLEX.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, MySQL, SQL, MDX, and T-SQL, including the ability to understand and provide training on databases.
- Ability to use agile methodology for large-scale enterprise implementations.
- Ability to travel domestically 30–40%.
