Responsibilities

Gather requirements and design frontend and backend software architecture.
Lead the design, implementation, and delivery of the robot management system GUI and backend services.
Architect and build Azure cloud-hosted services for robot operations and warehouse management.
Improve user experience, performance, reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency.
Test new functionality with actual robots and warehouse environments.
Drive technical strategy and architectural decisions while mentoring engineers.
Help build the engineering team and establish a robust delivery environment.

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with full stack frontend and backend responsibility.
Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and TypeScript.
Professional cloud-platform experience, particularly Microsoft Azure and services such as Azure App Services, Azure IoT Hub, and Azure Container Registry.
Experience developing frontend applications, including web or game-engine-based user interfaces.
Experience developing software on Linux and Windows.
Experience releasing applications to production, collaborating with Git, and developing applications from scratch with UI/UX considerations.
Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns such as Clean Architecture and experience across the full development, release, maintenance, and production lifecycle.
Functional English and conversational Japanese.
Nice-to-have experience with gRPC, MQTT, WebSocket, Blazor, Unity/C#, ROS, robotics or IoT edge devices, AWS, GCP, reactive programming, dependency injection, and telemetry or monitoring systems.
