Responsibilities
- Develop, code, debug, test, and troubleshoot software throughout the development lifecycle.
- Build scalable cloud applications and contribute high-quality, secure, and privacy-focused code.
- Lead small-to-medium features from technical design through completion.
- Influence technical decisions, optimize system designs, and contribute to product and feature planning.
- Track product adoption and success metrics and advocate for features that address customer needs.
- Stay current with software development practices and coach others as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2–4 years of experience, or a master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 0 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to reason about application scalability and cloud environments.
- Ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude or GitHub Copilot to accelerate development and automate testing.
- Preferred: ability to resolve complex technical problems, collaborate and communicate effectively, and work independently with strong motivation.
