Responsibilities
- Support the configuration and deployment of AI tools for consulting case teams, including custom GPTs, prompt optimization, and API-based integrations.
- Build, test, and iterate lightweight AI prototypes and automations based on stakeholder feedback.
- Contribute to agent design, prompt engineering, structured experimentation, and AI-supported workflow optimization.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and onboarding for consultants using AI-enabled workflows.
- Explore and assess new GenAI tools and features for internal and case-related use cases.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program in computer science, data science, business informatics, or a related field.
- Some experience with AI tools and workflows, ideally including API integrations and prompt engineering.
- Programming knowledge in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
- Strong analytical skills and interest in AI-driven process automation.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured, automatable workflows and work independently with limited guidance.
- Fluent in English; experience with Claude, Cursor, or n8n is a plus.
