Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Python automation and GenAI/Agentic AI solutions for assigned application support workstreams.
- Produce high-level and low-level designs, reusable frameworks, and architecture patterns across ITIL phases.
- Build agent orchestration, tool calling, RAG over runbooks, knowledge assistants, and related AI workflows.
- Automate ticket triage, routing, auto-remediation, root-cause analysis, batch operations, health checks, data fixes, access processes, and reports.
- Implement SRE and observability practices including SLI/SLO tracking, golden signals, self-healing, event correlation, and alert-noise reduction.
- Integrate ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub, monitoring platforms, CI/CD processes, and engineering standards.
- Demonstrate solutions to client stakeholders and delivery teams and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience is required; the technical qualifications also specify 8+ years in software or automation engineering.
- Advanced Python skills and experience delivering production automation assets.
- Hands-on development with Generative AI and Agentic AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, LLM integration, and guardrails.
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI and platforms such as Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting integration, and event-driven design.
- Experience with SRE, event correlation, observability, DevOps/CI/CD, and ITIL.
- Preferred experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, and Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Clear communication, solution demonstration, stakeholder engagement, and delivery-team collaboration skills.
