Base Salary
$160k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Corporate/New Business sales team as a technical expert.
- Understand customer challenges and provide tailored product demonstrations.
- Answer technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues.
- Plan and deliver Proof Of Concepts for complex customer use cases.
- Provide feedback to product management for product enhancements.
- Share best practices and reusable assets with other Solutions Engineers.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation.
- Support marketing events such as conferences and user groups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of pre-sales engineering experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts including OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and SAML.
- Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development.
- Experience working with REST APIs and cloud platforms.
- Passion for serving customers in a customer-facing role.
- Elite communication skills for presenting to experienced audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Typically requires 25% travel.
