Responsibilities
- Write high-quality, performant backend code primarily in Go.
- Implement new microservices and help migrate away from legacy services.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to turn requirements into technical designs.
- Optimize systems for responsiveness, latency, reliability, and heavy-load performance.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building and maintaining scalable backend services, or 5+ years for senior-level candidates.
- Experience with Go or the ability to interview in another strongest language such as Python, C++, or Ruby.
- In-depth knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases including PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency or higher.
- Senior candidates must complete system design and a structured review of past experience and achievements.
