Responsibilities
- Develop backend applications with Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop frontend applications with React.
- Work in CI/CD and DevOps-oriented environments involving Kafka.
- Collaborate on web and mobile projects for clients of varied sizes and industries.
- Apply software development best practices and maintain code quality.
- Potentially lead technical discussions, mentor developers, facilitate technical workshops, and propose innovative solutions.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing activities, technical events, conferences, and meet-ups.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working on Java projects with Spring Boot.
- Strong skills and proven experience in frontend development with React.
- Experience in a CI/CD environment with Kafka and a DevOps culture.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, teamwork, and code quality practices.
- Ability to collaborate in agile environments.
- Experience with technical team facilitation, technical leadership, mentoring, technical workshops, knowledge sharing, or Jenkins is an additional advantage.
