Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver web-based applications and backend services.
- Build and ship new features and enhancements.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to implement product requirements.
- Mentor and guide team members on web development, backend design, and system architecture.
- Evaluate and improve architecture, performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Apply object-oriented design principles and development best practices.
- Research emerging technologies and contribute to their adoption.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with distributed event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
- Working knowledge of Elasticsearch.
- Experience with distributed caching systems such as Redis.
- Exposure to Oracle databases.
- Solid understanding of data structures and distributed systems.
