Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug clean, efficient, scalable software applications and systems.
- Lead the application of AI within an internal software deployment platform, methodologies, and tools to automate deployment and support reliable releases.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver software features.
- Improve software development efficiency and reliability through AI-enabled standards, automation, and process improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for software applications, deployment processes, and system configurations.
- Develop training, demonstrations, workshops, and playbooks to promote AI adoption among software engineers and business stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and share knowledge with software engineering team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.
- Deep experience with low-code/no-code AI solutions.
- Experience in product management, digital product ownership, innovation consulting, or business transformation.
- Experience with delivery, automation, ML, or generative-AI products.
- Business discovery and process-improvement experience.
- Experience leading adoption, training, or communities of practice.
- Ability to identify and develop reusable patterns and use cases, particularly for AI solutions.
