Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and Generative AI solutions, including agentic AI architectures.
- Productionize AI agents involving multi-step reasoning, tool use, state management, and LLM orchestration.
- Design LLMOps frameworks with observability, monitoring, logging, and evaluation for dynamic AI agents.
- Optimize Generative AI pipelines and classical ML models through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Requirements
- Require 3–5 years of related experience as a machine learning engineer with a track record of building and deploying ML systems.
- Require hands-on experience with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and productionizing agentic AI systems.
- Require strong understanding of MLOps and LLMOps monitoring, observability, and debugging challenges.
- Require computer science fundamentals in data structures and algorithms, plus Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and SQL expertise.
- Require strong communication, interpersonal, independent-work, and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience includes AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubeflow, SageMaker, systems programming, or distributed systems.
- Preferred candidates demonstrate interest in innovation through technical blogs, external papers, or industry knowledge-sharing.
