Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack Vertical Solutions products.
- Build and scale the backend orchestration engine for enterprise AI automation.
- Write production-quality code using AI coding assistants and agents.
- Prototype ideas with real customers and turn validated concepts into production systems.
- Design evaluations and measure AI system quality against real customer data.
- Translate customer needs into technical solutions and contribute to reliable distributed systems.
- Drive adoption and effective usage of AI-powered productivity tools within the team.
- Communicate and drive complex technical decisions with stakeholders and globally distributed teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years focused on distributed systems and backend architecture.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Strong full-stack knowledge with frontend systems such as React and backend systems using Python and/or C#.
- Experience building production AI systems involving LLMs, tool-calling, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
- Experience designing resilient distributed systems with idempotency, replayability, state management, and long-running jobs.
- Proficiency in system-level languages such as JavaScript, C#, or Java, plus object-oriented programming, system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, frontend layers, React, TypeScript, or comparable frameworks.
- Understanding of multithreading, asynchronous programming, synchronization, and cloud-native programming models.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP and with Docker, Kubernetes, or equivalent container and orchestration technologies.
- Experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Preferred qualifications include applied ML, data science and evaluation, classification, anomaly detection, ranking, predictive modeling, Snowflake, retrieval-heavy architectures, RAG, trustworthy AI, workflow orchestration, and large-scale data platforms.
