Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs and transformer models.
- Fine-tune and customize foundation models with domain-specific datasets.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies for accurate and context-aware responses.
- Build model pipelines using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Implement agentic AI solutions using Crew.ai or LangChain.
- Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to productionize GenAI models on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Use cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or GCP Vertex.
- Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs and custom interfaces.
- Evaluate model performance with quantitative and qualitative metrics and improve outputs through experimentation.
- Ensure deployed AI models are robust, scalable, and compliant.
- Track developments in generative AI, foundation models, and open-source tools.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of professional experience is required.
- A BE, BTech, MTech, or MCA qualification is required; the listed required degree is Bachelor of Technology.
- Strong expertise in generative AI, LLMs, and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
- Experience with ML pipeline tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.
- Knowledge of Git and ML CI/CD platforms such as Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines.
- Preferred experience includes RAG, vector databases, Streamlit or Gradio, Docker, Kubernetes, data preprocessing, feature engineering, spaCy, and NLTK.
- Experience fine-tuning models and working with small language models is preferred.
