Base Salary
$171k - $252k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own mobile SDKs for identity, authentication, fraud detection, device-signal collection, and agentic or non-human identity use cases.
- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to define direction, translate customer needs into capabilities, and deliver roadmap features.
- Collaborate across Twilio and Stytch teams on architecture, platform integration, and cross-team initiatives.
- Author design documents, drive technical decisions, review code, and maintain deep ownership of shipped systems.
- Improve production quality and resilience through observability, incident response, and remediation.
- Mentor engineers through pairing, feedback, and knowledge-sharing.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional mobile engineering experience designing, building, and maintaining mobile applications.
- Android development experience with fluency in Kotlin or Java.
- Expertise with mobile development ecosystems, frameworks, and third-party libraries.
- Experience with software engineering best practices, monitoring, observability, and maintainable systems.
- Experience making high-impact technical decisions and leading technical initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related industry experience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder influence, and customer focus.
- Ability to participate in non-standard on-call rotation hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Desired qualifications include iOS development, Kotlin Multiplatform, C/C++, Swift, Go, and experience building developer tools or SDKs.
