Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain AI-enabled tools, environments, and workflows for hardware systems verification software teams.
- Build internal utilities, automation scripts, and services that make AI capabilities accessible in engineering workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with engineering infrastructure, development environments, source repositories, internal knowledge sources, and enterprise platforms.
- Apply LLM and agent concepts to knowledge retrieval, task automation, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.
- Design guardrails, access controls, and secure development environments for responsible AI deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of software development experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Python.
- Experience developing internal tools, automation, services, or engineering productivity solutions.
- Understanding of LLM concepts, AI agents, prompt engineering, tool calling, and RAG-based workflows.
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support engineering users.
- Very good spoken and written English and Portuguese.
- Preferred qualifications include experience integrating AI with CI/CD systems, enterprise platforms, knowledge bases, or access-control systems; AI evaluation and benchmarking; vector databases and embeddings; agent orchestration frameworks; C++ or TCL; and EDA, VLSI, design verification, emulation, or prototyping workflows.
