Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues across critical business applications.
- Monitor application performance and perform performance tuning.
- Contribute to incident management, support process improvements, and service delivery enhancements.
- Work independently toward subject-matter expertise and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Align generative and agentic AI capabilities with business objectives while supporting scalability and responsible use.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with Google Cloud Development Services.
- Proficiency in Google Cloud Development Services.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services.
- Experience with application monitoring and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Strong grasp of generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
