Responsibilities
- Design and maintain Dynamics 365 data architecture, data models, and standards aligned with business goals.
- Build and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems to maintain consistent data flow.
- Establish and enforce data governance for data quality, security, archival, retention, and compliance.
- Monitor and improve Dynamics 365 data performance and resolve bottlenecks and issues.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into specifications and maintain documentation supporting delivery and analytics.
- Lead large-scale data migration and remediation using ETL, SSIS, and related tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Dynamics 365 CE Sales data experience.
- 10+ years of overall project delivery experience.
- Experience with large-scale data migration and remediation using ETL, SSIS, and KingswaySoft where relevant.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, and relationships, especially Sales and Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, Azure SQL, SQL, and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Knowledge of data governance and integration technologies including REST, OData, and SOAP.
- Experience with the wider Microsoft stack, including other Dynamics modules and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Jenkins, GitHub, and Nexus or similar tools.
- Financial services domain knowledge and the ability to translate business needs into pragmatic IT solutions.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills.
