Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of fine-tuning strategies for large language models.
- Perform instruction tuning and domain adaptation to optimize model relevance and performance.
- Preprocess large datasets and evaluate models using appropriate metrics and methodologies.
- Troubleshoot and optimize model training pipelines for efficiency and scalability.
- Coordinate the integration of model improvements into production environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI and experience fine-tuning large language models.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and transformer-based architectures.
- Experience working with large datasets and implementing data preprocessing methods.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize model training pipelines.
- 15 years of full-time education.
