Base Salary
$127k - $206k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery of developer platform capabilities end-to-end.
- Build and evolve paved roads for easy service deployment and scaling.
- Run feedback loops with engineers to measure adoption and reduce friction.
- Drive improvements to GitOps workflows using ArgoCD and Terraform.
- Harden CI/CD processes on GitLab CI for performance and safety.
- Contribute to SLI/SLO frameworks and shared observability tools.
- Participate in on-call rotation and improve incident response practices.
- Embed secure-by-default patterns into platform templates.
- Partner with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes and cloud foundations.
- Evolve cloud-native abstractions for portability and resilience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in platform engineering, infrastructure engineering, or SRE.
- Production experience with at least one major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Fluency in GitOps with experience in ArgoCD or similar tools.
- Experience building internal developer platforms and self-service workflows.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Software engineering experience in a major high-level language.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives across teams.
