Base Salary
$150k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated functional health checks for DR and production environments.
- Build continuous validation pipelines for end-to-end business workflows.
- Develop intelligent alerting mechanisms based on functional failures.
- Integrate observability signals with automated test frameworks.
- Develop AI/ML-driven approaches to detect failure patterns.
- Build systems that recommend or trigger automated remediation actions.
- Partner cross-functionally to improve service reliability and incident response.
- Define, measure, and report on functional SLAs and quality metrics.
- Contribute to disaster recovery drills and automated validation efforts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or Software Engineering.
- Strong experience with automated test frameworks like Playwright and Jest.
- Experience in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Familiarity with observability platforms like Datadog or New Relic.
- Strong programming skills in TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience designing end-to-end test strategies for distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills for analyzing failures across layers.
