Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain automated performance testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Define performance KPIs and conduct load, stress, scalability, and concurrent-user testing.
- Develop performance dashboards and provide technical and executive-level reporting.
- Set up monitoring, observability, telemetry, logging, and infrastructure performance measurement.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend application and infrastructure optimizations.
- Validate critical workflows, long-running queries, search operations, and API endpoints.
- Develop formal performance test plans, test cases, scripts, reports, and documentation.
- Support cloud IaaS and PaaS resources, infrastructure migrations, and secure sensitive workloads.
- Design and implement server, network, software, container, and cloud configurations using DevOps principles.
- Collaborate with development, QA, SRE, and operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree required.
- At least 5 years of related experience, including at least 1 year deploying and managing applications and systems in commercial or private clouds.
- Experience in performance engineering and automated testing of cloud-based applications and platforms.
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, or k6.
- Hands-on CI/CD pipeline experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, New Relic, CloudWatch, or Elastic Stack.
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or JavaScript for test and reporting automation.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, microservices testing, telemetry frameworks, and logging standards.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud infrastructure performance characteristics.
- Ability to analyze large test-data volumes, identify trends, determine root causes, and tune systems.
- Experience with DevSecOps implementation, GitOps or similar tools, source control, and build/release tools.
- Experience planning tests, writing test cases and scripts, automating tests, executing performance tests, and analyzing results.
- Ability to obtain Public Trust with the Administrative Office of the US Courts.
- Must be a US Person, defined as a Green Card Holder, US Permanent Resident Alien, Refugee, Asylee, or US Citizen.
