Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, implement, and deploy automation solutions and API-based integrations between enterprise systems.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and workflow automations using Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Automation, and Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and provide incident support for production automations, scheduled processes, scripts, workflows, and integrations.
- Manage automation-related certificates, application registrations, API permissions, service accounts, secrets, logging, error handling, notifications, and recovery processes.
- Analyze manual processes and operational requirements, document current and future-state workflows, and prioritize the automation backlog.
- Develop integrations, data flows, tools, and automations supporting technology projects, acquisitions, deployments, migrations, onboarding, and account or license management.
- Maintain technical documentation, process diagrams, source code repositories, version history, support procedures, and automation governance standards.
- Develop operational reports and dashboards and research emerging automation and AI technologies to improve Technology operations.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related Information Technology experience, including 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing automation, scripting, integrations, or workflow solutions.
- Strong PowerShell and scripting expertise.
- Experience with API integrations and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with cloud and enterprise systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to support automation across Endpoint, Infrastructure, Service Desk, Cybersecurity, and Application teams and participate in technical design and project planning.

- Base salary range of $92,200 to $115,200 annually.
