Base Salary

$150k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Develop and maintain automation for build, testing, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and security teams to establish robust CI/CD processes.
Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability, reliability, and security.
Define and enforce infrastructure, configuration management, and security best practices.
Drive disaster recovery, backup, and system resilience initiatives.
Mentor DevOps engineers and other technical team members.
Participate in architecture and design discussions and align DevOps strategies with business goals.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.
Deep expertise with AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm.
Strong scripting and programming skills with Python, Bash, Go, or similar technologies.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficiency with Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar CI/CD tools.
Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack for monitoring and logging.
Proven experience supporting FedRAMP-authorized environments and operating controls under FedRAMP Moderate or High requirements.
Strong leadership, mentorship, problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project-management skills.
