Base Salary
$150k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automation for builds, testing, deployments, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Collaborate with software engineering, QA, and security teams on CI/CD and secure delivery processes.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve scalability, reliability, and system resilience.
- Define and enforce infrastructure, configuration management, security, disaster recovery, and backup practices.
- Support FedRAMP Moderate or High controls in authorized environments.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and other technical team members.
- Participate in architecture and design discussions and align DevOps strategy with business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related experience.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or related roles.
- Deep expertise with AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Terragrunt, and Helm.
- Strong scripting and programming skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
- Proven experience supporting FedRAMP-authorized environments and implementing, maintaining, and operating controls under FedRAMP Moderate or High requirements.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, problem-solving, analytical, communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
