Base Salary
$140k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines that move Legion from commit to production across multiple environments.
- Manage infrastructure as code for cloud and on-premises deployments.
- Run and scale containerized services on Kubernetes.
- Build monitoring, logging, alerting, and on-call observability tooling.
- Package and deploy Legion to customer and test sites, including travel when required.
- Partner with the DevSecOps lead to incorporate security and compliance requirements into the platform.
- Improve developer tooling and environments so Legion engineers can ship faster.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in DevOps, platform, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containers, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform.
- Experience building and owning production CI/CD pipelines.
- Solid Linux and networking fundamentals.
- Scripting experience in Python, Go, or Bash.
- Active Secret clearance or higher is strongly preferred, and the candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
- Willingness to travel to customer and test sites.
- U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residence, protected-individual status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under the ITAR requirement.
- Experience with air-gapped, disconnected, or edge environments is preferred.
- Background in defense technology, government programs, or regulated environments is preferred.
- Experience supporting real-time or mission-critical systems is preferred.
