Base Salary

$75k - $158k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional, integration, regression, performance, security, data migration, and UAT strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
  • Build and maintain automated test suites for continuous regression testing.
  • Perform parallel payroll validation by comparing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM results with legacy-system outputs and resolving variances before cutover.
  • Conduct Section 508 accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
  • Coordinate agency UAT, including scenario development, tester training, defect triage, and sign-off tracking.
  • Design and execute performance and load testing for peak federal workforce transaction volumes.
  • Manage defects through resolution with severity classification, root-cause analysis, and trend reporting.
  • Test integrations with federal HR, payroll, staffing, and employee-service systems for accurate end-to-end data flow.
  • Validate Oracle quarterly updates and maintain test documentation, traceability matrices, and execution reports.
  • Participate in Agile Release Train ceremonies and improve continuous testing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for the degree.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software QA, test engineering, or test automation for enterprise applications.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, OATS, Tricentis Tosca, or equivalent.
  • Experience testing cloud-based enterprise applications, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP Cloud.
  • Proficiency with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps Test Plans.
  • Understanding of SAFe continuous testing practices, including TDD and shift-left strategies.
  • Experience coordinating UAT with business stakeholders and performing defect triage.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance; US citizenship is required.
  • Desired qualifications include 6 or more years of testing experience, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or Oracle ERP Cloud implementation experience, ISTQB certification, performance testing experience, Section 508 accessibility testing experience, federal HR process knowledge, payroll validation experience, scripting skills, and Oracle Cloud technology experience.
