Base Salary
$155k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end Workfront Fusion scenarios integrating Workfront with enterprise platforms.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant integrations with error handling, retry logic, rate-limit management, data mapping, and webhook triggers.
- Lead technical discovery and translate workflow requirements into Fusion modules, Workfront custom forms, and data extensions.
- Own Fusion governance, including reuse standards, naming conventions, credential management, environment promotion, and version control.
- Define monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards for scenario health and failures.
- Review peer-built scenarios for performance, security, and maintainability and coach developers.
- Document architecture decisions, data flows, and runbooks and provide L3 production escalation support.
- Contribute to workflow automation roadmaps, reusable templates, accelerators, and AI-assisted automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience building, debugging, and optimizing complex multi-module Workfront Fusion scenarios.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth2, API keys, JSON/XML transformation, pagination, and webhooks.
- Experience designing robust error paths, rollback, dead-letter handling, and idempotent processing.
- Working knowledge of the Workfront object model and API, including projects, tasks, issues, custom forms, portfolios, programs, users, and groups.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and Workfront Fusion functions, including custom functions or code modules.
- Ability to conduct technical discovery with business and IT audiences and produce architecture diagrams, data mappings, and runbooks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adobe Workfront or Workfront Fusion certification is preferred.
