Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios connecting Workfront with enterprise platforms and maintaining bi-directional data flow.
  • Design scalable, fault-tolerant automation patterns with error handling, retries, rate-limit management, data mapping, webhooks, rollback, dead-letter handling, and idempotent processing.
  • Lead technical discovery with business and IT stakeholders and translate workflow requirements into Fusion module chains, Workfront custom forms, and data extensions.
  • Govern the Fusion instance through reuse standards, naming conventions, credential management, environment promotion, and scenario version control.
  • Align integration designs with the Workfront project, task, portfolio, request queue, approval, and proof workflow data model.
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and operational dashboards for scenario health, execution failures, and operations or credit consumption.
  • Review scenarios for performance, security, and maintainability; coach developers and peers on Fusion best practices.
  • Evaluate Fusion, native Workfront capabilities, Workfront APIs, and external middleware for workflow automation use cases.
  • Document architecture decisions, data flows, mappings, and runbooks; provide L3 escalation support for production issues.
  • Contribute to workflow automation roadmaps, reusable templates, accelerators, and emerging AI-assisted automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience building, debugging, and optimizing complex multi-module Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios, including routers, filters, iterators, aggregators, error handlers, and data stores.
  • Strong understanding of REST and SOAP integrations, OAuth2 and API key authentication, JSON and XML transformation, pagination, and webhook design.
  • Experience designing robust error paths for complex nested data structures, including rollback, dead-letter handling, and idempotent processing.
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Workfront object model and API, including projects, tasks, issues, custom forms, portfolios, programs, users, and groups.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript and Workfront Fusion functions, including custom functions or code modules for data transformation and logic.
  • Ability to conduct technical discovery with business and IT audiences and produce architecture diagrams, data mappings, and runbooks.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Adobe Workfront or Workfront Fusion certification is preferred.
