Responsibilities
- Execute and occasionally lead software testing activities.
- Manage manual test scripts, test cases, defects, and test execution schedules.
- Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, and defect management.
- Participate in artifact review and inspection meetings and provide feedback on identified issues.
- Contribute to quality engineering strategy, QA planning, and process improvement.
- Develop basic test matrices from business and technical requirements with some supervision.
- Perform programming, scripting, and performance testing in Microsoft environments.
- Identify and escalate QA process issues and coach others on basic QA processes.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets quality standards.
- Develop or support automated test scripts when applicable.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in manual software testing.
- Experience with test execution and management, including test cases, scripts, and defects.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies, SDLC processes, and development standards.
- Preferred experience writing automated test scripts with Selenium or Appium.
- Technical proficiency in C#, SQL, and .NET is preferred.
- Ability to perform quality engineering strategy and planning activities.
- Ability to translate application and business requirements into testing work.
