Responsibilities
- Define the Test Strategy and Test Plan documents.
- Design test cases and prepare testers for UAT.
- Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) in Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Conduct test planning, execution, management, and defect tracking.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT across multi-phase projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, UAT, SQL queries, Mantis, and Data Migration.
- ISTQB Certified Tester – Foundation Level (CTFL) is nice to have.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a MUST.
