Responsibilities
- Define test strategy and test plan documents.
- Design test cases and prepare testers for UAT.
- Understand application business areas and requirements in a banking environment.
- Manage UAT in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
- Plan and execute tests, manage defects, and report test progress using test management tools.
- Coordinate SIT and UAT across multi-phase projects.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Unix, SQL queries, Mantis, UAT, and data migration is required.
- Experience in banking, insurance, or the financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is mandatory.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level certification is nice to have, and candidates working toward it are encouraged.
- End-to-end testing experience, including SIT and UAT coordination, test planning, execution, defect tracking, and test reporting, is required.
