Base Salary
$103k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and develop user interfaces and software components across platforms.
- Build services that interact with upstream and downstream systems while meeting business requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable code and create technical specifications.
- Contribute to software design and architecture investigations and decisions.
- Perform peer code reviews and deliver high-quality software on aggressive schedules.
- Build and manage client relationships and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Travel regularly as needed to meet with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Typically 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- 3–5+ years of experience with Java or C#.
- 3–5+ years of experience with Spring Boot, .NET, or .NET Core.
- Experience building successful production-scale software systems preferred.
- Experience with AWS or GCP preferred.
- Strong grounding in computer science fundamentals.
- Experience with unit testing or TDD preferred.
- Understanding of cloud and distributed-systems architectures preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and learning skills.
- Experience leading and growing technical talent is preferred for software engineering manager candidates.
