Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver production-ready Java full-stack software across the full software development lifecycle.
- Apply AI-native practices to solution development, validation, quality, compliance, and operational improvement.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions for immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in AI-native software development.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and maintainability.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for responsive user interfaces.
- Strong knowledge of back-end frameworks and server-side programming.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
