Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agents, tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory systems, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, vector database, observability, and guardrail services.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Write clean, testable code, unit and integration tests, evaluation workflows, and red-team safety scenarios.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate work, and communicate trade-offs and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of Java full-stack development experience.
- 15 years of full-time education are required.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into existing systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in at least two of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, and Java.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Preferred experience with C#/.NET, Go, Rust, SQL, Bash, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless systems, and cloud SDKs.
