Responsibilities
- Build the CloudDM application with feature parity to the existing mainframe DM application.
- Develop end to end across the backend and frontend using Python, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Apply AI-driven, intent-based development using tools and agents such as Spec-kit, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, AWS Kiro, and Claude agents.
- Contribute to infrastructure and DevOps in a cloud-native AWS and Kubernetes environment.
- Direct AI agents and determine what should be built across the full development lifecycle.
- Maintain high standards for quality, reliability, auditability, and enterprise security.
Requirements
- Extensive, demonstrable hands-on experience with AI-driven software development, preferably Spec-kit or intent-based development.
- Experience developing enterprise-grade applications across both backend and frontend.
- Strong infrastructure and DevOps knowledge, including AWS and Kubernetes at infrastructure level.
- Demonstrable production-environment experience in development and DevOps on at least medium-sized projects.
- Experience with Python, Vue.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Ability to work independently, structure development, and instruct AI agents effectively.
- AWS and/or Kubernetes certification is nice to have.
- Knowledge of enterprise security and experience following up on security findings is nice to have.
- A formal diploma is not decisive; hands-on experience and proven ability carry greater weight.
