Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure blockchain infrastructure.
- Collaborate with teams to improve infrastructure and incident response.
- Identify and implement automation solutions for operational efficiency.
- Research and stay updated on trends in the web3/blockchain space.
- Debug complex distributed blockchains to enhance participation.
- Implement monitoring tools to ensure infrastructure health and performance.
- Participate in on-call rotations for service reliability.
- Develop automation scripts to streamline deployment and recovery processes.
Requirements
- Experience as a Protocol, DevOps, or SRE Engineer.
- Prior software engineering experience in modern programming languages.
- Ability to script in high-level languages like Python or bash.
- Demonstrated experience with blockchain infrastructure.
- Familiarity with compute-infrastructure systems and debugging strategies.
- Working knowledge of Linux systems and performance optimization.
- Expertise in cloud platforms and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools.
- Conceptual knowledge of security best practices.
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
