Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and application support.
  • Develop, design, test, and deploy Adobe Experience Manager web and mobile solutions.
  • Translate wireframes and creative designs into functional requirements and technical designs.
  • Work with solution architects, developers, business stakeholders, product owners, business analysts, AEM developers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Deliver digital components and experiences and contribute to the common UI component library.
  • Follow UI component library guidelines, conduct code reviews, and apply coding standards for efficiency, readability, and reuse.
  • Define technical direction, strategies, and execution plans across the product portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software development experience, including requirements definition, solution alternatives, estimates, and systems or application design for complex IT solutions.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics experience.
  • Experience with modern JavaScript, including ES6/2017, async/await, modularization, and Webpack.
  • React experience with lifecycle methods, hooks, and composition.
  • Hands-on experience in forge component development.
  • Experience with CSS modules or CSS-in-JS.
  • Unit and functional testing experience with tools such as Jest, Testing Library, or Cypress.
  • Software development lifecycle experience and familiarity with Agile methodology and DevOps.
  • Professional qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong English reading and writing capability, stakeholder and relationship management skills, and the ability to define technical direction.
  • A BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a STEM discipline is desirable.
  • Agile-related certifications are preferred and Adobe Experience Manager certification is advantageous.
