Responsibilities
- Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations for clients.
- Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of value projects.
- Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for management teams.
- Assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs.
- Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and implementing workflow automation using AI platforms.
- 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales.
- 2+ years of success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
- Understanding of application deployment processes for Cloud transformation.
- Strong customer-facing skills to influence technical and executive audiences.
- Creative problem solver with a technical background for custom solutions.
- Experience in business process mapping and consumption-based selling.
- Hands-on experience with AI, integration platforms, web services, and APIs.
