Responsibilities
- Lead the design and engineering of scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise software and cloud platforms.
- Define software development, DevSecOps, and infrastructure automation practices.
- Oversee platform deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and SRE-oriented operations.
- Architect and manage AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure for performance, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Lead CI/CD pipeline development and Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Guide containerized and serverless architecture adoption.
- Lead security, risk assessment, and compliance initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Explore and integrate generative AI technologies into software capabilities and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- At least seven years of experience in software engineering, DevSecOps, or platform engineering.
- At least three years of experience in a technical leadership role.
- At least two years of experience with AI and generative AI technologies or equivalent exposure.
- Proven experience with enterprise-scale application and infrastructure operations.
- Advanced Bash and Python scripting skills for automation and infrastructure work.
- Deep expertise with .NET, Java, Terraform, cloud platforms, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure automation.
- Strong architectural knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP, including service design and deployment.
- Familiarity with SRE practices and monitoring, incident management, and performance-tuning tools.
- Relevant certifications such as PSD or Azure/AWS DevOps certifications are preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, stakeholder-influence, and team-leadership skills.
