Responsibilities
- Analyze business and software requirements and collaborate with Business Analysts.
- Assist with software architecture documentation, feature design, module design, and evaluation of open-source technologies.
- Develop scripts and code for software features and modules using Java or Kotlin.
- Participate in peer reviews, develop unit tests and test strategies, and fix defects.
- Maintain application and infrastructure inventories, document deployed processes and tools, and collect metrics.
- Support software reliability by documenting applications, flows, and systems and troubleshooting basic application issues.
- Provide project status reports, maintain product project plans, engage stakeholders, and investigate new technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Proven experience appropriate for the position.
- Backend software engineering experience with Java or Kotlin and a product-focused mindset.
