Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end SharePoint and collaboration solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
- Create and maintain architectural blueprints, solution designs, and technical documentation.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric technical solutions.
- Lead integrations with existing platforms, applications, and infrastructure.
- Define scalability, performance, reliability, and security requirements and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory standards.
- Lead architectural reviews, identify and mitigate risks, and promote architectural best practices.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and guide technology decisions across delivery teams.
- Mentor engineers and solution teams and provide technical leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Collaboration Architect, or in a comparable architecture role.
- Strong experience designing and implementing SharePoint-based and enterprise collaboration solutions.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, integration approaches, cloud platforms, and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation concepts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, large global enterprises, and data platform or integration architectures.
