Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise-level software systems across data, business logic, and user interface layers.
- Design and develop microfrontend and microservices-based solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into application designs.
- Optimize solutions for performance, security, quality, and maintainability.
- Define software development standards and propose technical solutions.
- Estimate development effort and delivery timelines.
- Produce technical documentation and interpret software development metrics.
- Manage software configuration and releases.
- Contribute to requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment.
- Develop automated tests, unit tests, testing tools, and prototypes.
- Provide second- and third-line technical support.
- Lead technical and development teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of IT-related professional experience, including at least 3 years of relevant project experience or experience as a Senior Full-Stack Developer, Lead Developer, or similar.
- Experience participating in at least one complete solution lifecycle.
- Level 6 education or higher; an ICT-related degree is not mandatory.
- Minimum B2 English proficiency.
- Strong enterprise software development experience involving data, business logic, UI layers, microfrontends and/or microservices, UML, and object-oriented and functional design patterns.
- Strong frontend experience with Angular, RxJS, NgRx, TypeScript, and CSS/SCSS.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, NestJS or alternative JavaScript frameworks, .NET, and C#.
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including Microsoft SQL Server, and knowledge of GraphQL.
- Experience with automated and unit testing, Azure DevOps, and container-based development environments such as OpenShift.
- Experience working in Scrum environments and the ability to lead technical teams, solve technical problems, and produce effective technical documentation.
- At least one advanced-level certification in a software development technology domain.
