Responsibilities
- Advise strategic customers on mission-critical projects and recommend architectures aligned with their long-term business outcomes.
- Build technical relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout customers' cloud adoption journeys.
- Lead architecture reviews, whiteboarding sessions, demos, technical workshops, and other customer-facing technical activities.
- Create and share best practices, reference architectures, white papers, code samples, and blog posts.
- Evangelize AWS through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online videos, and conferences.
- Share customer feedback to inform the AWS feature roadmap.
- Participate in candidate interviews and hiring decisions and mentor team members.
- Design cloud-native solutions and provide guidance on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in one or more relevant technology domains, such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Experience in IT development or implementation consulting in the software or Internet industries.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Preferred: experience solving technology problems in the automotive and manufacturing industries.
- Preferred: experience with AWS technologies and migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud.
- Preferred: customer-facing experience and public speaking experience.
- Preferred: experience with conceptual development, solution design, and implementation of enterprise applications using data, ML, and AI.
