Responsibilities
- Develop, test, document, and deliver complex software features independently and with the team.
- Review team code, recommend improvements, and refactor existing code to improve quality.
- Collaborate with architects to review and propose architectural changes and ensure quality implementation.
- Work with business analysts to estimate complexity and workload, select technical solutions, and refine requirements into working software solutions.
- Provide technical recommendations, solve technical problems, and interact constructively with other IT teams.
- Apply unit testing and UI testing practices while maintaining high standards of software quality.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies.
- At least two years of experience as a hands-on technical lead providing technical solutions to a team.
- Strong working knowledge of .NET, C#, MVC, WCF, REST, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, Angular 2 or above, Jasmine, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL databases and PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of SOLID principles, design patterns, UML, object-oriented programming, and object-oriented design.
- Experience with at least one service-oriented architecture project and strong experience designing and working with n-tier architecture.
- Experience with NUnit or Microsoft unit testing tools and familiarity with UI testing frameworks.
- Experience working in an Agile practice, preferably Scrum, and knowledge of TDD and BDD.
- Engineering graduate or postgraduate qualification; a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MCA, or another bachelor's degree with relevant experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication, analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, flexibility, and English communication skills.
- Experience with ESB or MSMQ, WPF, and laboratory-related applications is advantageous.
