Responsibilities

Design and implement global SAP S/4HANA template processes covering architecture, engineering, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.
Provide third-level support for complex incidents and assist service delivery.
Maintain timely documentation for globally implemented processes.
Design, realize, and continuously optimize MAHLE standard warehousing processes with Global Domain Owners and Global Process Owners.
Analyze regional change requests, assess their impact on global templates, and prepare decisions with business domain owners.
Monitor and support regional deployment teams and prepare retrofit teams for further global SAP S/4HANA template development.
Stay current with SAP functions relevant to warehousing and guide developers to maintain implementation quality.

Completed degree in computer science or a comparable course of study.
In-depth knowledge of SAP business processes, customization, and development options focused on warehousing processes, including WM and EWM.
Experience with SAP areas such as inbound, outbound, and production to implement effective integrations.
Knowledge of SAP development tools and warehousing concepts, including EWM frameworks such as RF and Monitoring.
Ability to conceptually prepare successful system enhancements and provide guidance to developers.
Knowledge of project management and performance management.
Ability to work collaboratively and under pressure with strong time-management and conflict-management skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English; additional foreign languages and intercultural experience are advantageous.
