Responsibilities
- Work directly with enterprise customers in meetings, presentations, and workshops to understand technical challenges.
- Provide effective technical solutions and explain complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to drive adoption of Tenstorrent products and solutions.
- Partner with sales operations and product teams to relay customer feedback and shape product enhancements and the roadmap.
- Help developers optimize AI performance on custom silicon, fine-tune LLMs, optimize vision models, and build scalable AI pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant customer-facing technical enterprise experience, such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
- Proven expertise in AI technologies and frameworks, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with embedded systems, FPGA architecture, or AI accelerators.
- Understanding of data center and server architecture, deployment, thermal and power considerations, and infrastructure management.
- Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to varied audiences.
