Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Review vendor-team software architecture and code to enforce engineering standards and high-quality delivery.
- Design and maintain the Tranquest Merchant-Processing Platform for merchant onboarding and payment processing.
- Lead platform reliability and production observability to reduce defects and support secure-by-default, high-performance systems.
- Implement fraud safeguards through validation layers, data-integrity checks, and risk rules for merchant transactions.
- Develop AI-based code-engineering innovations, intelligent refactoring, automated technical documentation, and integration-test scaffolding.
- Build backend microservices, APIs, responsive user interfaces, database persistence, automated tests, and continuous deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Computer Science.
- Three years of experience as a Software Developer or in a related occupation.
- Three years of experience with scalable backend microservices, RESTful APIs, and banking-application business logic.
- Three years of experience building responsive interfaces and reusable components with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Three years of experience designing data persistence with Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
- Three years of experience with codebase versioning, branching, merging, and code reviews.
- Three years of experience with GraphQL, Apigee, and API gateways.
- Three years of experience with unit testing and debugging using JUnit and Jest.
- Three years of experience building continuous integration and deployment pipelines with Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
