Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive web interfaces in collaboration with Product, Design, and Engineering teams.
- Own the full stack of the Intrinsic Factory Experience, from database design through user interactions.
- Build and maintain server-side functionality, frontend infrastructure, and client-side state management.
- Develop human-machine interfaces, frontend libraries, and reusable components for factory orchestration workflows.
- Integrate backend APIs and improve application performance, robustness, and overall health.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams while developing tests and shaping the user experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of frontend web engineering experience, including client-side TypeScript or JavaScript development.
- Extensive full-stack development experience, including server-side software in Rust, Go, Python, or similar technologies.
- Experience building visually rich web applications with deep user interactions.
- Experience integrating databases, user access control, and basic authentication and authorization into web applications.
- Ability to use Rust for backend development and for frontends compiled to WebAssembly.
- Preferred experience integrating ERP, MES, or WMS systems.
- Preferred ability to design scalable web applications and support varied bandwidths, screen sizes, and client-side hardware.
- Preferred experience building dashboards for different user personas and maintaining accessible, reusable frontend components.
