Responsibilities
- Design production-grade agentic AI and multi-agent architectures.
- Define orchestration, tool execution, state management, workflow, retry, fallback, and recovery patterns.
- Engineer reliable agent loops covering reasoning, action, observation, validation, and termination.
- Design context, memory, retrieval, knowledge, and multimodal AI architectures.
- Develop reusable AI capabilities, skills, plugins, and integration patterns using MCP and A2A.
- Establish AI evaluation, harness engineering, testing, observability, LLMOps, and production-debugging practices.
- Provide independent technical leadership and reusable engineering standards across teams.
- Drive strategic technology initiatives and contribute to roadmaps focused on reliability, serviceability, AI readiness, and engineering standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience with agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and LLM-based application development.
- Strong software engineering background including spec-driven development, TDD, Domain-Driven Design, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with context engineering, memory architecture, RAG, retrieval systems, LPG, RDF, Knowledge Graphs, and GraphRAG.
- Experience with AI evaluation, harness engineering, testing, observability, LLMOps, AgentOps, and production AI systems.
- Experience with AI interoperability concepts and tools including skills, plugins, MCP, A2A, and tool calling.
- Understanding of token economics, inference efficiency, model routing, latency, and cost optimization.
- Experience with AI-assisted coding and agentic SDLC approaches.
- Understanding of AI UX patterns including AG-UI and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Experience with multimodal AI involving voice, image, and text.
- Strong independent technical leadership, collaboration, and ability to influence across engineering teams.
