Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own production systems across the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime.
- Set engineering patterns and standards to support future team growth.
- Provide technical leadership and input on architecture and product decisions.
- Ship frequently while maintaining reliable and observable systems.
- Own features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure with measurable customer impact.
- Develop production observability, monitoring, tracing, retries, and queues for distributed systems.
Requirements
- Three to nine years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
- Experience building a product or system from zero to one through startup work or a substantial independent project.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Node.js for full-stack development.
- Experience integrating or building workflows with large language models and agent-based platforms.
- Working knowledge of AWS and PostgreSQL, including cloud infrastructure and database design.
- Experience owning features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- An undergraduate degree in computer science or engineering.
- Broad software engineering experience and experience setting engineering practices in an early-stage startup or comparable environment.
Benefits
- Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 per year.
