Base Salary
$98k - $145k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain REST APIs using Django.
- Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Build a bill payment system supporting ACH and check payments.
- Build an AI-powered system for recording payments made outside the Castle environment.
- Build a data pipeline that transforms customer data into insights.
- Collaborate with engineering and design leadership to create a user-friendly homeowner experience.
Requirements
- Expertise with Python and Django.
- Expertise in RESTful API design.
- Experience with distributed systems design.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure and related tools.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience building and shipping production applications.
- Experience in consumer fintech is preferred.
