Responsibilities
- Maintain cloud infrastructure, deployment environments, and shared services for product and agent workloads.
- Establish service-level indicators, actionable alerts, and runbooks for diagnosing and recovering from failures.
- Build repeatable CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code workflows with tested changes and predictable rollback paths.
- Create tools, environments, and documentation that improve development and production operations.
- Investigate incidents, plan capacity, and improve performance and resource efficiency as usage scales.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating production cloud systems and understanding their practical trade-offs.
- Ability to write maintainable automation and tooling instead of relying on manual configuration.
- Ability to diagnose failures, prioritize risks, and improve system observability and recoverability.
- Understanding of developer platform needs and ability to build clear, usable interfaces and workflows.
- Ability to automate infrastructure, diagnose distributed-system failures, and convert incident learnings into durable improvements.
- Preferred experience with infrastructure as code, containers, cloud networking, AI workloads, distributed job systems, enterprise SaaS, Terraform or comparable tools, and cloud observability.
